The President's Challenge

The President's Challenge is a fitness challenge that I'm going to put my students through. The challenge consist of pull-ups, shuttle run, the mile run, sit ups, push ups, and a v sit reach. I was put through this challenge in high school and really liked it. My students have been conditioning twice a week to get ready for it.

  2. I hated that thing when I was in school, probably because I could not do any pull-ups. Oh wait I still cant.
